How do I get my repairs completed quickly?
There are a few things you can do
- Provide as much information about the character and degree of the repair
- Inform us if it has led to further damage in your residence
- Allow us to know when you are usually at home so a tradesman or a service provider may be able to get in
- Leave a phone number so we can contact you
- Update us if your access details change
